Britannica Arranges Financing
Britannica Resources Corp. (“the Company”; BRR – TSX Venture) is pleased to announce it has arranged a non-brokered
private placement of 10,000,000 units at $0.05 cents per unit for gross
proceeds of $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common
share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant will be exercisable
at a price of $0.10 for a period of one year from the date of closing.
The Company may
pay a finder's fee on a portion and/or all of the financing in respect of
purchasers of securities introduced to the Company by the finder. The finder's
fee shall equal 7% per cent of the total amount paid by purchasers, to be paid
by cash.
The proceeds from financing will be used for
general working capital requirements and exploration on the Company's
Closing of the financing is scheduled to occur on
or before October 31, 2009 and is subject to
certain conditions, including the acceptance of the terms of the financing by
the TSX Venture Exchange.
